Description

Lavender is known for its expectorant, healing, fungicidal and anti-infective properties. Used in moderation it can help relieve and alleviate the symptoms caused by rhinitis, sinusitis, wasp or jellyfish stings and marks caused by acne.

Instructions for use

It can be used topically mixed with cosmetics to increase its properties or it can be ingested (maximum 1 tablespoon a day) diluted in water or liquid.
