Vegetable glycerin is colourless and odourless, thanks to its strong hygroscopic properties it has a moisturizing effect, it also stabilizes the barrier function improving its elasticity, it is resistant to freezing. One of its great properties is that it is hypoallergenic.

Instructions for use

Apply on irritations, burns, stings, acne. For its soothing action. It can also be applied on stretch marks and other marks on the skin to disguise them.

Glycerin, also known as glycerol, is a viscous, colourless, odourless liquid that is an intermediate product of alcoholic fermentation and is a member of triglycerides. It is highly valued for its moisturising and emollient properties and is therefore widely used in cosmetics.

One of the best-known products with glycerine as a base component is soap. These soaps have a low pH and work as emollient agents on the skin, helping it to maintain and recover its natural moisture level. This is why they are perfect for sensitive or dry skin hygiene.

Glycerin is also present in moisturising creams with an anti-ageing effect, thanks to its ability to soften the skin and increase its elasticity. It has great soothing action, so it effectively reduces irritations, acne marks or small burns, helping accelerate healing. It is also present in shaving lotions, as it reduces friction, as well as in hair care cosmetics such as serums and masks.
