Description

Dried seaweed of the Arame species, harvested by hand in the protected area of Ise-Shima in Japan. With a complex umami flavour, it is ideal in miso soups, salads, soba or udon noodles, or as a garnish as part of a balanced and healthy diet. Rich in minerals such as iron, iodine and calcium, and high in natural sugar.

Instructions for use

It is recommended to rinse well, soak for 10 minutes and drain. Fry briefly and cook or stew for 5 minutes. Use as a garnish or addition to stews or salads.
