Description

It is a three-year-old tea and one of the healthiest natural beverages that exist. Of Japanese origin, it is prepared from the twigs and stems of the tea plant (Camellia sinensis). It has remineralizing and alkalizing effects and contains almost no theine.

Japanese Kukicha tea is also known as three-year tea whose stems and branches have remained on the tea plant for at least three years, so they have lost practically all the theine (it barely has between 0.5 and 1% caffeine), however, they have absorbed the many properties and vitamins from the surrounding nature.

It has a pleasant taste with hints of nutty, sweet, creamy and slightly almondy.
