Buckwheat (fagopyrum esculentum) is a pseudocereal native to Central Asia, also called buckwheat. It has high quality proteins, essential amino acids and a low glycemic index. It is very rich in Lysine and other essential amino acids (arginine, methionine, threonine and valine). They provide B vitamins, iron and beneficial fatty acids such as oleic, linoleic, palmitic and linolenic. Buckwheat Flakes are perfect for athletes due to their high protein content. Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place away from light.

Instructions for use

It is recommended to take them directly with yogurt, vegetable drinks or derivatives, juices, etc.. They can be cooked or used to prepare different recipes.
