The Naturalist Glucomannan Plus 60caps is a dietary supplement based on satiating plant fiber, helping to regulate meal times.

Instructions for use

  • Take alone or diluted in water or juice.

  • Adults: 2 to 4 doses of 10 ml per day.

  • Children from 6 years old: From 6 to 8 years: 3 doses of 5 ml per day. From 8 to 12 years: 2 to 3 doses of 10 ml per day.
