It is obtained from the young shoots of wheat grass, when it has the highest nutritional and mineral value. It is a great source of easily absorbed nutrients, contains most of the B vitamins and vitamins C, E, H and K, beta-carotene, minerals (magnesium, calcium, potassium, sulfur, fluorine, silicon, zinc, manganese), omega oils and amino acids. It is also very rich in protein and fiber. It can contain up to 70% chlorophyll. Although it is wheat it does not naturally contain gluten (this is found in the seed).
