Description

It is rich in nutrients that are related to activity, such as amino acids and glucosinolates. Maca is a herbaceous plant native to the Andes of Peru and Bolivia, is a powerful restorative, both body and mind, its active ingredients are alkaloids, glycosinolates and sterols that balance the production of sex hormones. Of the 18 amino acids found in maca root, 7 are essential amino acids and are found in higher concentrations than in other roots and tubers and are close to those found in human milk, milk and beef, eggs and fish. It contains abundant carbohydrates, proteins, unsaturated fatty acids and minerals. Thanks to this high nutritional value it contributes to vitality and combats fatigue.

Instructions for use

It is recommended to consume one serving of 5 g (one teaspoon) per day. The package contains 40 servings.
