Internal use: Decoction: Pour 6 g per cup of boiling water. Keep boiling for 1 to 2 minutes. Let stand in the covered container for about 10 minutes.

External use: decoction: 30-50 g per liter of water. Boil for 3 minutes. Let stand until hardened. Apply in the form of compresses, washings. Mouthwashes or gargle.
