Instructions for use

How to apply ThermaCare Therapeutic Heat Patches?

  • Do not open the protective bag if you are not going to use ThermaCare, it can take up to 30 minutes to reach the required therapeutic temperature.
  • Remove the paper from one end, leaving the adhesive side exposed.
  • Place the heat cell part of the patch over the area to be treated.
  • Remove the paper from the other end and press firmly.
  • It is recommended to leave the thermal patches on for 8 hours.
