ThermaCare® Adaptive Thermal Patches 3 pcs. are ergonomic thermal patches that help relieve muscle and joint pain. They use a technology based on thermal therapy in which heat dilates the blood vessels of muscles and joints, increasing blood flow to the affected area and providing oxygen to damaged cells, activating the regenerative action of the muscle.

In addition, the heat helps to relax the muscles and stimulates the thermoreceptors of the skin, helping to reduce the sensation of pain.

1. Do not open the protective bag if you are not going to use ThermaCare, it may take up to 30 minutes to reach the required therapeutic temperature.

2. Remove the paper from one end, leaving the adhesive side exposed.

3. Place the part of the patch with heat cells on the area to be treated.

4. Remove the paper from the other end and press firmly.

It is recommended to leave the thermal patches on for 8 hours.
