Description

Scabs form when skin tissue cells die, because the soft tissue in the area is subjected to continuous pressure, friction or sliding friction. If you need a device to prevent this type of sore, the Ualf Anti-Scar Heel Pad is the orthopaedic product that will help you.

Its use prevents the formation of pressure ulcers in the areas of the calcaneal (total) eminence, malleoli and metatarsal phalangeal joints of the first and fifth toes. A product that is indicated for prolonged immobilization in supine and lateral decubitus, i.e. when you have to stay in bed for a long time without moving, for example.

A heel cup that can be washed at a maximum temperature of 90°C and can only be used with bleach in cold and diluted solution. In addition, its composition allows for tumble drying with a rotating drum. It cannot be ironed and does not contain latex.

Composition

Anti-scare inner surface synthetic leather-like (100% polyester fabric support 167 dtex x2, with 22 mm high 100% polyester hollow 6.7dtex hair height). Weight: 760 g/m2. Fixation and adjustment to the instep of the foot by means of a Velcro-type strap system.
