• After inserting the battery, remove the first protective film from the adhesive gel that will be placed in the electrical circuit of the patch, then carefully remove the second protective film and retain it to put on the gel after each use (for better storage)
• Place the patch on the area of the body to be treated.
• Turn on the patch by pressing the " + " button for 3 seconds: a beep will sound indicating that it is on. The device is running. No current yet (Intensity 0).
• Press the " + " button once to start stimulation. Press the " + " button progressively and repeatedly to increase the intensity. Press the " - " button to decrease the intensity if necessary.
• The electrotherapy session lasts 20 minutes. The device will automatically turn off.
• If you wish to end the session before 20 minutes, you must switch off the device beforehand: press the " - " button for about 3 seconds until you hear a long beep. You can remove the device.
