Valdispro Integral Dream 30comp is a dietary supplement formulated in the form of a dual-layer tablet to promote sleep and improve the quality of rest, thanks to a dual-release technology.

This product combines:

  • 1.9 mg of melatonin

  • Plant complex recognized for its relaxing properties:

    • Lemon balm

    • Valerian

    • Hawthorn

    • California poppy

    • Passionflower

The first layer of these tablets releases 1.9 mg of melatonin in 15 minutes to help reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The second layer releases a blend of plants for 8 hours to help you not wake up in the middle of the night.
