For claw toes or toes that hurt, perfect! It is not noticeable, it does not bother, the foot appreciates it. It's nice to walk with it when there are problems. Sometimes I wear the medium size even though mine is small, but sometimes I need more help, so I alternate with one and the other and it works great.
