Description

Dietary supplement that helps to improve mood and rest. The 5htp is short for 5-hydroxytryptophan and is extracted from the plant Griffonia Simplicifolia and is used as a mood balancer. It is a molecule, produced by the body, from an essential amino acid called tryptophan, used to produce serotonin, a chemical present in the brain, digestive tract and blood.

Instructions for use
