Seaweed of the species Sea Spaghetti, from organic farming in Galicia. It is characterized by a peculiar flavor with hints of nuts and seafood, and is the ideal accompaniment to any pasta dish. It is also delicious as tempura, hydrating it before 30 minutes. With a great contribution of calcium, potassium and magnesium, the latter being up to 8 times more than the content in spinach.
-Hydrated: soak in water with a little salt for 15 minutes. When it is hydrated it increases 4 times its dry weight. -Cooking: 20-30 minutes approximately.
