1. Soak the Vidasec tampon in hot water for a short time (about 1 minute) in a container or running water and drain off any excess liquid. The tampon becomes soft and elastic and is ready to use.

2. The tampon should be inserted in the same way as a menstrual tampon. Insert it into the vagina as deeply as necessary. If you feel any discomfort, change the position of the Vidasec tampon by simply moving it with your finger.

3. The extraction thread should always remain on the outside of the vagina.

4. To remove the Vidasec tampon, a suitable position must also be taken. To find the best direction of extraction, pull the string.
