Description

Vigorix 90caps is a food supplement with a balanced combination of nutrients for hair and nails.

Instructions for use

L-cystine is a sulphur-containing amino acid that is contained in keratin, the protein that makes up nails and hair. A good dietary intake of L-cystine therefore contributes to good hair and nail health. Food sources of L-cystine include meat, cephalopods (such as cuttlefish and squid), nuts and seeds, and spirulina algae. It can also be added to the diet in the form of a booster supplement. Taken with vitamin B6, it is a good support for healthy hair fibre formation and nail growth.

I have been using this product for a long time to help me with my brittle nails and hair loss. It works better for my hair loss than it does for my nails but I must add that I have noticed that my skin is much better and since I don't use creams I can only attribute the improvement to this product.
