How to use VITA-POS® ophthalmic ointment
LANOLIN. PARAFFIN. PARAFFINUM LIQUIDUM (PETROLEUM JELLY). PETROLATUM. RETINYL PALMITATE/VIT. A (PS).
Healthy eyes are favoured by a long rest of 6-9h daily and a diet rich in vitamins A, B2, C. You will find these vitamins in carrots, basil, spinach, peas, walnuts, red fruits and citrus fruits.
