How to take Vitae Kyo-dophilus® Enzymes

Take 1 capsule twice a day. It is recommended to be taken with meals.

Composition

Longum mm-2, enzyme complex (protease, lactase, lipase and amylase), capsule (gelatine), filling (corn starch, dextrin, calcium carbonate), anti-caking agent (silica and magnesium stearate).

He suffered from intestinal problems. All that stuff I usually get from bad digestion. Chronic diarrhea. With a pill at lunch and dinner I've improved a lot. The problem now will be how to leave them. I stopped taking it for 4 days and started taking the same brand of diaries and went back.
