Rockrose flower infusion

Description

Cistus Incanus, better known as the Rockrose Flower, grows in southern Europe, in soils rich in magnesium. The plant grows up to 1 meter high. Its flowers have a very pleasant smell. Rockrose infusions have always been known, but lately they have been gaining popularity. Rockrose flowers are rich in polyphenols, i.e. compounds with antioxidant properties.

Instructions for use

Take 2-3 teaspoons of the plant per liter of boiling water (depending on the intensity you want to achieve). One dose of the plant can be infused twice.

100% Cistus Incanus.
