The main uses in hot and cold are:

  • Warmth benefits for cervical and lumbar pain, rheumopathy, hypothermia, fluidizing breast milk, relieving belly pain during pregnancy, menstrual discomfort and infant cramping.
  • Cold benefits to relieve breast engorgement and mastitis, relieve bruising, insect bites, superficial burns and fever.

Instructions for use

- To heat: microwave at 600W for 1 minute. It can also be heated in the radiator and not applied in case of mastitis.

- To cool: store in the freezer wrapped in a plastic bag for 45 minutes.
