Eucalyptus radiate essential oil is obtained from Eucalyptus radiata. It should not be confused with other types of eucalyptus, as they do not have the same properties. This is the only one recommended for children. It is a great expectorant. By inhalation, it cleanses the respiratory tract, bronchial tubes, throat and nose. It helps to prevent winter illnesses and purifies the air. It can be used in case of allergies and is the only type of eucalyptus suitable for asthma. It has antibacterial, anti-infectious and antiseptic properties for the excretory and respiratory apparatus. It is a great stimulant, very suitable in cases of mental and physical fatigue. It also acts as a natural healing agent. Well&Well recommends that it should be avoided during the first trimester of pregnancy. In young children, it should only be used for diffusion and massage, always diluted with another vegetable oil.
