Description

Base to place on the eyelid before applying eyeshadow. It has been manufactured by Wibo. It aims to cover the area and generate a white canvas so that the tones look much more. The pigments are not influenced by skin tone and are applied more neatly. It corrects the natural tone to clean up darkening, which enhances any look and improves the result obtained.
