The texture is good, the taste, particularly, not. The vanilla-lemon combination is unpleasant. Despite the grams of protein it contains, it does not satiate me for more than 2 hours

I do not recommend it, I bought it for the good comments, but I do not understand where they come from, the taste of vanilla, reminiscent of baby food, which is fine, but leaves a bitter aftertaste that is not at all pleasant, also to be a meal replacement, does not leave satiated,i was already hungry shortly after taking it, which has not happened to me with other brands such as Sotya that leaves me without hunger for hours, which is what it is all about, I am very disappointed with this one, I will have to buy another brand and mix it so as not to throw it away, since it is not cheap to boot:(
