Yarrow Joints Collagen 375g is a food supplement that contributes to the normal formation of collagen and, consequently, to the normal functioning of cartilage and the well-being of the joints.

The ingredients it contains and its benefits are:

  • Collagen: is a protein naturally found in cartilage, bone and skin, and is essential for joint structure and function.
  • Hyaluronic acid: is an essential component for the functioning of the joints.
  • Vitamin C: contributes to the normal formation of collagen for the normal functioning of the cartilage helping to strengthen the joints

Instructions for use

Dietary supplements should be taken in the context of a varied and balanced diet and as part of an active lifestyle. Take 1 tablespoon of 12.5 g (one scoop) a day without filling it up completely, diluted in a glass (200 ml) of water, juice, milk, tea, or any food you like, both hot and cold.
