It is a product that I knew about and that is why I ordered it. I don't know if it was coincidence or if it really works, but the truth is that I had been noticing for a few months that my period had changed and I had some small problems (mood swings and migraines, among others) that I attributed to "hormones" and I tried this product. It is a food supplement based on plant extracts and enriched with vitamins. I repeat, I do not know if it was coincidence, placebo effect or that it really works, the fact is that it worked well for me. The only "downside" is that they don't seem to sell it in all pharmacies.
