I HAVE TRIED TWO PRODUCTS BEFORE THIS ONE AND ACMED IS SUPER EFFECTIVE. You HAVE TO BE CAREFUL WITH HEAT (this summer I had it in a bathroom drawer and it didn't have the same effect, it took a long time. I looked at the package insert and it says it on the package, do not exceed 22 degrees so I bought another one and it was perfect. For next summer in a cool place). I HAVE THREE CHILDREN, TWO OF 15 AND ONE OF 18. THIS CREAM IS A BASIC IN MY HOUSE.

Super effective. To put a downside, its cosmeticity in relation to the texture is not exactly wonderful, but I understand that it is very complicated to formulate acelaic acid at such high concentrations and make it fluid. Otherwise, it is one of my favorite products.

I ordered the product because of the description and the great reviews. I have been using it for almost 1 month now and I have seen NO results for my acne, nor for my acne marks. The cream is quite thick, which has caused more pimples. It also has an unpleasant smell. It has been a total disappointment.
