The package arrived perfectly. It was originally scheduled to arrive the day after I bought it, but it was delayed by a day. Even so, the order was placed on Wednesday and received on Friday. I was already familiar with the product from previous uses, and it works - after 20 minutes of taking it, it does cause quite a bit of drowsiness. I don't usually get to sleep for 8 hours, I usually wake up after 7. Even so, I fall asleep comfortably and have a fairly comfortable 7 hours of sleep. I tend to be a good sleeper and fall asleep as soon as I get to bed (even if I'm not sleepy), but lately, due to anxiety/depression, I've been having bad nights (instead of falling asleep instantly, it would take me about half an hour and I would wake up every hour during the night; for most people this would still be a very restful sleep, but I was used to falling asleep instantly and only waking up in the morning, having always had a very deep sleep) and this supplement has helped...
