-For children from 3 to 7 years: we recommend the reference Arkolevure® Sachets, more suitable for young children.
-Children from 7 years: 1 capsule per day. Dilute the contents of the capsule at mealtimes in a glass of water, yoghurt or compote.
-Adults: 1 capsule in the morning and evening to take with meals with a large glass of water.
