Horse chestnut with astringent properties that allow it to treat diarrhea. It helps improve blood circulation due to its content of aesculin and aescin.

These components:

• Prevent the formation of edemas
• Increase the resistance of blood vessels

Add one teaspoon, per 250ml of water, in a cup, teapot or infuser ball. Steep the tea, filter if necessary and drink hot or cold. Read the directions on the package before brewing. Water temperature, as well as steeping time, may vary according to the type of tea or infusion.
