Boiron Magnesium Duo 80comp is a food supplement that combines magnesium and 9 vitamins and contributes to reduce fatigue and tiredness, care for muscle function and normal functioning of the nervous and immune system.
Suitable for adults and children from 12 years old.
Take 1 tablet after breakfast and 2 after dinner.

Magnesium is a mineral necessary for the different processes of our body, as it helps to maintain the normal functioning of muscles and the nervous system. It is an essential nutrient for the production of serotonin (neurotransmitter) and also contributes to bone health. Among the food sources of magnesium include: nuts, legumes, seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, flax ...) and cocoa.
