Description

Bonusan Multi Mineral Forte 60comp is a powerful and very complete mineral complex.

Its formula, in addition to the most well-known minerals, also contains some lesser-known but very useful ones, such as silicon and molybdenum. It also contains magnesium and iron, which contribute to the reduction of fatigue, iodine, which supports energy metabolism and is good for the nervous system.

Instructions for use

If there is no different advice, it is recommended to take 1 to 2 tablets a day during or immediately after meals. It is recommended to divide the daily dose into several intake moments. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The advice for children is: from 12 years old, 1 tablet a day.

Composition

Copper (1000 μg), Calcium (500 mg), L-glutamic acid (500 mg), Magnesium (175 mg), Methylsulfonylmethane (100 mg), Potassium (99 mg), Bamboo extract (80 mg), Chromium (75 μg), Iodine (75 μg), Molybdenum (60 μg), Selenium (50 μg), Zinc (15 mg), Iron (6 mg), Manganese (5 mg), Boron (2 mg).

Pharmaceutical Advice

Zinc has great benefits for the immune system, hair and skin. It is a trace mineral, meaning that the body needs it but in small amounts.

It is an important supplement for DNA synthesis, cell growth, protein synthesis, healing of damaged tissues and supports a healthy immune system.

It also promotes keratin and collagen synthesis, so it helps to prevent premature hair aging and even protects hair pigmentation. It also helps to strengthen hair and nails.
Include it in your diet by eating meat, fish, seafood (especially oysters), nuts, whole grains, pulses and/or milk.

A varied and balanced diet is usually enough to maintain a good level of zinc; supplementation is only recommended in cases of deficiency.
