Colnatur® Sport Natural Collagen Lemon Flavor 360g is a powdered food product, formulated with collagen, that helps to maintain and increase muscle mass and the normal functioning of muscles.

Thanks to the functionality of its components, it helps to maintain and increase muscle mass (collagen protein) and the normal functioning of muscles (magnesium), the maintenance of bones under normal conditions (collagen protein, magnesium, manganese, and zinc), the normal formation of collagen for the normal functioning of cartilage and bones (vitamin C), and therefore, of joints, the normal formation of connective tissue (manganese), normal energy metabolism (magnesium, manganese, and vitamin C), and reduce tiredness and fatigue (magnesium and vitamins B2, B3, and C).

Instructions for use

  • It can be taken in one or several doses throughout the day, but a single daily dose of 11.5 grams, dissolved in water or some liquid food.

  • It is recommended to take it for a minimum of three months to see results.
