Additionally, they support muscle function. They provide vitamin D3, which is the "sun vitamin," that is well processed by the body and helps with calcium absorption. Instructions for use

For adults, take one (1) capsule daily preferably with meals. Swallow the capsules with the help of water or another beverage.
