Description

DocMorris Omega 3 1000mg 90Caps is a dietary supplement based on omega 3 essential fatty oils: DHA and EPA.

This type of nutrient should be present in our regular diet (sources of omega 3 are fish, algae and seeds) because they are antioxidants and anti-inflammatory.

Unfortunately, the current diet is usually richer in fats that provide omega 6 fatty oils, which are not so healthy, and poor in omega 3. That is why it is important to maintain in the organism a correct proportion between both, without an excess of omega 6. Omega-3s are part of the cell membranes and support normal cognitive function and cardiovascular health, among other important functions.

Package for 3 months of supplementation.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Omega 3 fatty acids are a type of polyunsaturated fat that we should provide our bodies with through our regular diet. In particular, alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), which can later be transformed into the well-known EPA and DHA. Ideally, however, they should be consumed directly from marine sources.

These fatty acids form part of cell membranes. They are necessary for visual, cardiovascular and neurological health. Hence the importance of including foods rich in Omega 3, such as fish, shellfish and seeds. We can also choose to take food supplements that provide these beneficial fatty acids, following the guidelines of a health professional and the supplement manufacturer.
