Description

Dietary supplement precursor of serotonin. Relaxing is of great help to calm states of stress. Improves sleep quality. Balances the mood. Incorporates in its composition, Valerian, Melissa, Oats and Griffonia simplicifolia. This plant is rich in 5-HTP, a substance known to be a precursor of Tryptophan and Serotonin. Do not use it as a substitute for a balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily doses.

Instructions for use

Take 20 drops of 1.5 ml twice a day mixed with some liquid.

Demineralised water 2.52 g, dry extract of griffonia (40% 5HTP) 135 mg, dry extract of valerian (0.3% valerinic acid) 120 mg, dry extract of lemon balm (2% rosmarinic acid) 75 mg, dry extract of oats (5% protein) 60 mg, vitamin C (ascorbic acid 28.12% RDA) 22.5 mg, iron gluconate (iron 13.5% RDA) 15 mg, zinc gluconate (zinc 21.5% RDA) 15 mg. dry oats (5% protein) 60 mg, vitamin C (ascorbic acid 28.12% CDR) 22.5 mg, iron gluconate (iron 13.5% CDR) 15 mg, zinc gluconate (zinc 21.5% CDR) 15 mg, vitamin B (pyridoxine hydrochloride 214% CDR) 3 mg. Excipients: citric acid 9 mg and potassium sorbate 6 mg.
