Drsanvi Birch Sugar 300g is also known as Xylitol, sugar substitute. Its origin comes from the bark of birch trees, but it can be extracted from other plants. It has a very refreshing taste that is similar to sucrose, but Birch Sugar has 40% fewer calories and a Glycemic Index of 7 while Sugar has 64. Contributes to maintaining the mineralization of the teeth.
