ESI Melatonin Pura 1mg 30 tablets is a "sleep hormone" (melatonin) concentrate that will help you fall asleep. The secretion of this hormone, produced by the pineal gland, is reduced with age and almost completely disappears in old age. Taking one of these tablets will help you ensure a good night's rest.
Take 1 tablet daily just before going to bed with a glass of water.
Melatonin, glycerin, purified water, flavour, citric acid, calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, magnesium vegetable stearate and silicon dioxide.
To avoid jet lag, try to sleep well the night before you travel. During the flight, forget about caffeinated drinks; choose water and juices!
