Valerian and hops are two medicinal plants that, combined, promote deep and restful sleep and are effective against occasional insomnia. Valerian is known for its sedative and nervous system relaxing properties, while hops have always been known for their use in brewing beer. However, its freshly harvested cones are effective in helping you fall asleep.
Take 2 or 3 capsules a day 1/2 hour before bedtime.
