Forté Pharma Forté Zen Stress 12H 20comp is a two-layer dietary supplement that helps restore emotional balance and reduces physical and mental fatigue.

The first layer of the tablet releases rhodiola, an adaptogenic plant that enhances physical and mental resilience against overexertion, associated with schisandra.

The second layer ensures prolonged release of up to 12 hours, providing:

  • Marine magnesium
  • Ashwagandha
  • Vitamins B3 and B6

This synergy of active ingredients, based on chronobiology, helps reduce fatigue and maintain nervous and emotional balance throughout the day. No habituation.

Instructions for use

Take 1 tablet a day in the morning with a large glass of water (200 ml).

A dietary supplement should not replace:

  • A varied and balanced diet
  • A healthy lifestyle

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children.

Not recommended for:

  • Pregnant and breastfeeding women
  • Children under 18 years old
