It is very good for sleeping

Easy to take, as it melts in the mouth (like a lozenge with a barely sweet taste). Falling asleep after 10 to 20 minutes, no traces in the morning, and if something happens that requires you to get up within 3 hours of taking it, the "sedative" effect is minimal (desire to sleep). No addiction.
