Description

Dietary supplement in vegetable cellulose capsules, which is specially designed to help provide B vitamins with the addition of magnesium. It contains the coenzyme vitamin B-6 (P-5-P), vitamin B-12 (methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin) and folate (5-MTHF) as a biologically active form. It is compatible with a vegetarian diet.

Instructions for use

Take 2 capsules a day with a meal.

Composition

Per 2 capsules: Thiamine (from Thiamine Mononitrate) (B-1) (10 mg), Ribflavin (B-2) (10 mg), Niacin (B-3) (50 mg), Vitamin B-6 (P-5-P) (from Pyridoxal-5- Phosphate) (10 mg), Folate (5-MTHF) (from (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid, Glucosamine salt) (200 micrograms), Vitamin B-12 (from Methylcobalamin, Adenosylcobalamin) (500 micrograms), Biotin (100 micrograms), Pantothenic Acid (B-5) (from Calcium Pantothenate) (25 mg), Magnesium (from Magnesium Glycinate) (200 mg).
