Leotron Magnesium+Potassium 30 Comp. Eferve is a food supplement formulated with magnesium, potassium, vitamins B1, B6 and C and sweeteners, without sugars and gluten and with a pleasant mild orange flavour.

Magnesium is an essential component for the body as it favours cellular processes.

Thanks to its formula, Leotron Magnesium+Potassium 30 Comp. Eferve is recommended to be taken in sports or as a supplement to a diet low in potassium as it helps to reduce fatigue and tiredness;

Instructions for use

Dietary supplements should be taken in the context of a varied and balanced diet and as part of an active lifestyle. It is recommended to take 1 effervescent tablet a day dissolved in a glass of water for adults and children over 12 years old;

MAGNESIUM 375MG (100%VRN). POTASSIUM 375MG (18.75%VRN). VITAMIN B1 1.1MG (100%VRN). VITAMIN B6 1,4MG (100%VRN). VITAMIN C 80MG (100%VRN).

I've been taking these sfervecentes pills for some time and they are great for cramps when I do long bike rides or long trails, I recommend them although I think that not everyone will do well but to try how I did nothing happens
