Dietary supplement rich in fibre

Description

Powdered solution in individual sachet format, composed of fibre that helps regulate intestinal transit. Suitable for children from 3 years and adults and especially suitable for people who suffer from occasional constipation. It acts hydrating the stool to facilitate its evacuation.

Instructions for use

Dissolve the recommended daily dose in 200 ml of any beverage or food with the measuring scoop.

Composition

Guar gum, partially hydrolyzed guar gum, Sunfibre.

Pharmaceutical Advice

To prevent constipation, it is important to maintain a good water intake and eat a balanced diet, rich in vegetables and fruit, as well as whole grains to promote bowel regularity. These foods provide both soluble and insoluble fibre, both of which are necessary for the digestive system.
