Description

Naturlíder 5-HTPlíder is a food supplement that contributes to the optimal condition of the nervous system thanks to a formula rich in vitamin B6 and C. These vitamins are essential to ensure the health of the body and to contribute to the normal functioning of the brain.

Instructions for use

Start by taking 1 capsule daily and increase the dose, if necessary, up to a maximum of 4 capsules per day, divided into two doses.

Composition

250mg of grifonia (Griffonia simplicifolia, seeds) standardized to 20% of 5HTP (L-5 Hydroxytryptophan), loading agent (microcrystalline cellulose), 60mg of vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate) and 0.85mg of vitamin B6 to 88% (pyridoxine hydrochloride).
