Santé Verte Somniphyt Total Nuit 1mg 30 Tablets is a food supplement based on plant extracts and melatonin that helps reduce the time needed to fall asleep. Its formula combines a complex of plants (Griffonia, Magnolia, Valerian, California Poppy), amino acids, and vitamin B6 to help fall asleep more quickly and reduce the number of night awakenings. Melatonin is a hormone secreted by the pineal gland. It helps your body to know when it is time to go to sleep and when it is time to wake up. Peu de réveils nocturnes; un petit regret par rapport à la formula précédente, il n'y a plus de millepertuis, sans doute pour éviter les interactions avec les contraceptifs oraux...
