I have only used it for one cycle so far, but I am very happy. I do a lot of sports and I have not had a leak, nor have I noticed it at any time. This cup has many criticisms for being soft, but precisely for that reason it is very easy to put on, and by bringing two sizes you can try the one that suits you best. I recommend it, I don't give it 5 stars simply because I have only tried it once.
