Dietary supplements should be taken in the context of a varied and balanced diet and as part of an active lifestyle. It is recommended that 5-10 minutes before going to sleep, take 10 drops directly or mixed with a little water.
Melatonin is a hormone secreted by the pineal gland. It helps your body to know when it is time to go to sleep and when it is time to wake up.
